Kaitlyn comes from the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, where she excelled in the Events world.  Her experience is a welcome addition to our Grand Hyatt team.  In her free time, she enjoys golfing, snowboarding and exploring new restaurants.

Kristen is our Event Sales and Wedding extraordinaire!  Her experience with the wedding and local event market help round out our team.  On days off, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Event Planning Manager

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Scottsdale, Luis studied Hospitality and has worked at 5 Hyatt properties throughout the country in various departments. He enjoys live music, running, and spontaneous road trips.

Senior Event Planning Manager

Louis has an extensive background in hospitality, having worked for brands outside of Hyatt.  When he is not at the hotel, you can find him golfing, traveling or cooking.

Erin Hutchinson

Advanced Event Planning Administrator

Erin has worked for Hyatt for over 16 years and counting.  Originally from Honolulu, she has lived in the Phoenix area for 20+ years.  She enjoys spending time with family and soaking up the sunshine.

Executive Chef

Chef Jesse has an impressive 18-year Hyatt career, having worked in hotels from Atlanta to San Francisco. He is passionate about food and local cuisine.  Originally from New York, he and his wife enjoy traveling, playing golf and trying new restaurants.

Cassie has worked for Hyatt Regency Scottsdale over 27 years.  She began her career while attending ASU and has remained ever since. When Cassie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and reading.

Shauna has worked at the Hyatt for 34 years and counting, also starting her hospitality career while attending ASU.  When she's not working and juggling mom duties, Shauna enjoys skiing, playing tennis and the outdoor activities Arizona has to offer!
