Event Planning Manager & Assistant Banquet Manager

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Amanda joined us from Hyatt Regency Chicago at O'Hare.  She has experience at the Front Desk, Event Concierge and Events.  On her days off, you can find her spending time at the pool with her adorable fur babies Lulu and Duke!

Erin has worked 16 years for Hyatt and a Scottsdale team member for 7 years.  Originally from Honolulu, she has lived in the Phoenix area for 20+ years.  She enjoys spending time with her family and trips to the beach.

Shelbie Pinkelman

Event Planning Sales Specialist & Outlet Sales

Shelbie has lived in Arizona and worked with the Hyatt for almost 9 years. She is a get it done gal and always there to assist with any need. Her hobbies include hiking, cooking/baking, trying new restaurants, dog sitting and traveling the world with my husband, friends, and family.

Eric Howson

Executive Chef

Chef has extensive experience in French cooking as well as some of the finest kitchens across the United States. He has worked for Hyatt over 30 years, mainly on the West Coast in Maui, Cambridge, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. When he is not in the kitchen, you can find him spending time with his grown children. 

Cassie Holmes

Banquet Captain

Cassie has been with the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale for 27 years.  She began her career while attending Arizona State University for secondary education and has remained ever since. When Cassie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and reading. 

Shauna McKallor

Banquet Captain

Shauna has been with the Hyatt for 34 years.  Like Cassie, she started while attending ASU, and received her degree in Communications.  After graduating, she decided this was her career path.  When she's not working and juggling mom duties, Shauna enjoys skiing, playing tennis and the outdoor activities Arizona has to offer!
